When Margaret & I began sketching our dream home, I thought "This isn't
going to be so difficult." However, after trying to go from our sketch
to an actual floorplan, on my own small Cad system, I realized it wasn't
going to be so easy. So I found someone who said "I can do that for
you." And everything was great until he tried to put a roof on the
floorplan... Now, I knew I needed Professional help, and that's where
you came in.
Working with you has been a pleasure and a learning experience. Your
various methods of taking our thoughts and making them reality, in a
professional manner, has been exciting to say the least. Your experience
and knowledge have made these beginning steps, of our first effort to
construct a home, a much easier process.

will have, not only a beautiful home, well constructed, but one which
will be very energy efficient and comfortable.

... We
sent an email to Phillip Rye to ask how we go about getting started and
he responded very quickly. He never pressured us, and told us when we
got ready, just to give him a call.
.... Phillip patiently looked at our house layout that we had sketched
on a piece of paper. We immediately felt comfortable with him, but a
little unsure how working over the internet would go... To our surprise,
when we opened up our email on the night of August 19th there was our
first draft. We could hardly wait to see the next draft! We often
wondered when he ever slept. Phillip was very patient with us and
always allowed us the freedom to change our minds. He gave us many ideas
and suggestions throughout the process.
Within approx. 2 weeks we had the final architectural drawings and
energy analysis. Our building contractor and friends looked over the
Plans and the Energy Analysis and was extremely impressed.
