When finding someone to draw up our dream home, I was unsure about doing our house plans via e-mail and phone calls, but once we got started, everything was a breeze. Phillip was very attentive to the message I was trying to convey as far as changed in the house plans as we went along. I was able to send him pictures of thing I was trying to achieve and he was able to put them in place. His response time was prompt and took time to explain various aspects of why something may not work or why something was a better option. Overall Phillip’s communication with me was remarkable.

Quality, convenience,
and affordability. If you desire a custom home and have at least
a rough idea of what you want, Phillip Rye is the way to go.....
Neither my wife or I have much computer experience but working
with Phillip was easy. He does respond to e-mails within 24
hours(usually at midnight). The longest we ever waited for a
plan change was one week. The home you and Phillip design can
truly be as personalized as if you went to an architect but at
10% of the expense.
