BENTON, ARKANSAS

We recently completed this 4729 sq ft beauty in Benton!  It's AWESOME!  (Deep Breath) Complete with 4 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms, a large office and dining room!  This home is extremely energy efficient with encapsulated attic and cellulose insulation in the walls for a crazy low electricity bill!  It features several custom items, like a curved staircase with iron railing and spindles, 12' coffered ceiling in the living room, stone accents over the range, side by side refrigerator/freezer, Thermador appliances, built-in coffee maker and silent dishwasher with digital timer displayed on the floor!  It also has an amazing glass block wall curved bar with stainless steel countertop, custom master closet shoe shelves and dresser storage, 21' tall front entry, safe room, custom walk-in pantry and double ovens!  (Whew)   Check out the pics below!  You won't be disappointed!

This 7972 sq ft. house has six bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, 2- 1/2 additional bathrooms, all having tile surround showers, with the master bathroom featuring a soaker tub and 7'x5' walk-in shower. This home also features a spiral staircase, upgraded cabinets with storage features, the observation deck on the third floor, large entertaining deck on the middle floor, formal dining room and den area overlooking lake, three car garage, butlers pantry with wine cooler, high efficiency zoned heating and cooling, and cellulose and foam insulation for ultra energy efficiency!

At 1923 sq ft, his classical style home features a 2 bed, 2 bath design.  It also has a standing seam metal roof, Hardi board siding, geothermal heat pump for heating and cooling, stained concrete floors, stamped concrete front porch, tongue and groove tray ceiling in the master bedroom.
